Onrise is seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric provider with a passion for working with athletes, coaches and administrators to join our team. This is a 1099 contracted position that is fully remote.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including prescribing medications as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide ongoing medication management and adjustments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in athlete mental health wellness.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state(s) and/or territories of practice.
- Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry (for Psychiatrists) or certified in psychiatric-mental health (for nurse practitioners).
- Experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions.
- Experience working with athletes, coaches/administrators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status.
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

- Multiple state licensure, or compact member is a plus.
