Onrise is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist with a passion for working with athletes, coaches and administrators to join our team. This is a 1099 contracted position that is fully remote.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group and family therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including prescribing medications as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in athlete mental health wellness.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Current and valid license to practice independently as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions.
- Experience working with athletes, coaches/administrators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, that will come across via telehealth.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status.
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

- Stronger match if you speak multiple languages.
- Multiple state licensure, or compact member is a plus.
